I like to report an issue with the mobile phone version of scummVM when I play the Bernard starter pack. When I try to go downstairs, Bernard just walks there but doesn't actually go down, he just stands there no matter how much I tap. I can open doors, pick up objects, use objects on other objects, I just struggle with this small issue.

Ich möchte ein Problem mit der Handyversion von scummVM melden, wenn ich das Bernard-Starterpaket spiele. Wenn ich versuche, nach unten zu gehen, geht Bernard einfach dorthin, geht aber nicht wirklich nach unten, er steht einfach da, egal wie oft ich tippe. Ich kann Türen öffnen, Objekte aufheben, Objekte auf andere Objekte anwenden, ich habe nur mit diesem kleinen Problem zu kämpfen.

the stairs bug is a known issue. I guess you run into the same trap:

Yes, that's a known problem caused by subpar scripting by the authors of the early games. Newer development builds of ScummVM have a fix for this: https://www.maniac-mansion-mania.de/forum/index.php?topic=2791.msg56698#new
